release that inner child
with arms flung high;
who dances freely,
solely for fun
and pure joy.

with no limitations,
no judgement;
flowing freely,
swaying to the beat
felt from within.

Twirl,
and glide,
making circles;
going nowhere,
on your imaginary dance floor,
and yet everywhere.

Sway,
hugging yourself,

not caring,
releasing all your troubles,
and your worries.

loudly or softly,
keeping rhythm
with your steps;
not caring who sees,
or who hears.

Love,
freely and purely,
without judgement,
and never forget
to smile and be joyful;
