Stuck on Repeat

What if - a question we’ve all asked

These days everyone feels like their life is stuck on repeat. We wake up and it is the same thing and the same message. Prior to this, many still felt as if their life was humdrum and it was always the same thing day after day.

Each day we get out what we put into it. If we go about life feeling sorry for ourselves, or bored, thinking nothing is going to change then we have no one to blame but ourselves. We are responsible for our own happiness.

That bears repeating, we are responsible for our own happiness. It is up to us to look for joy throughout the day, to stop and smell the roses so to speak. If we aren’t looking for it then quite often we miss the small blessings that grace our lives each day. We take them for granted and assume they will always be there and we will always have access to them, but one day comes and guess what, we don’t.

If you are tired of your routine, change it up today. In fact change it up the next day and the day after that. There is always something new to learn, to read, to watch and to see.

If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it will yield the same results. You and you alone can make the decision to change it up.

Add some zest to your life and look for the blessings along the way. If you do this, you will not feel like your life is always stuck on repeat.
