It is important to remember that you are special and worthy of love. Remind yourself daily of your worth.

Once you have embedded these and fully believe them you can replace them with new ones. The key is to ensure they are positive.

I am worthy of dignity and respect
Everyone on this planet is worthy of dignity and respect. If you believe you are not worthy of these things, you need to ask yourself why? Are you doing something that is negative, hurtful or harmful? If the answer is yes, you can change those behaviours moving forward. Live a life with kindness, compassion and love. Remind yourself daily that you are a good person and do not deserve to be treated disrespectfully.
I accept the qualities that make me beautiful
We are all beautiful, each in our own way. Some have external beauty, some have internal beauty and many have both. It is not the superficial stuff that makes you beautiful. What makes you beautiful is the Spirit with which we shine. Shine your love outward into the world. The world sees your beauty, they don’t need to be told you are beautiful. Your beauty radiates from within. Believe this and don’t find fault with yourself. Don’t look for superficial beauty in others either. Focus on the things that make you, and others, beautiful.
I have the power to choose my perceptions and reactions
Don’t let others tell you how to think or respond. Do not react to someone who is trying to ignite a flame of anger or get a negative reaction from you. People will try to bait you, or bring you down to their level, choose to not react. Only you can have the courage to react, each and every time, with love and compassion, understanding and kindness. If you can’t it is better to walk away than engage in any kind of hostility.
Likewise, you can see the glass as half empty, half full, or as a vessel meant to hold something. Anything can be put in the glass unless you believe that it is only meant for liquid. It is your perception and how you choose to see things. Make an effort to see the positive side of things, looking past flaws for beauty.
I deserve to be happy
Everyone deserves to be happy, without exception. Sometimes happiness is a choice. If we tell ourselves we aren’t worth it or don’t deserve it then that is the message our subconscious hears. Never forget this – you deserve to be happy. Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be sad, frustrated or unhappy all the time, or you can choose to find the joy and be happy.
I am worthy of love
Everyone deserves to be loved, you are no exception. You are loved. Everybody is loved. Even those who are lost and alone are loved. God loves all His children. Surround yourself with people who make you feel valued and loved. Remind yourself daily that you are a loveable person and as such are worthy of love.
If you have been struggling, use these affirmations. They will help change your mindset and opinion of yourself. Remind yourself of these things daily until you believe each and every word. Absorb the words into your subconscious. When you do this, you will live according to these affirmations and prove them true.
Shed any habits and negativity that you are holding onto. Let go of actions that contradict these affirmations. Let go of any pain that is preventing you from moving forward.
Tell yourself that you will ingrain these affirmations into your very being until they are a natural part of yourself. Make a promise to yourself, a commitment to remind yourself daily of your worth.
