One day the world will be free,
and everyone will live in peace;
no one will live in fear,
war and violence will all cease.
Some day no one will recall,
when others were hurt;
and some were belittled,
or shoved in the dirt.
Any day will be a good day,
the world will be a wonderful place;
and all can love freely,
regardless of creed, colour or race.
One day, and I hope that I will be here,
kindness, compassion and love will lead the way;
if everyone believes and acts,
world peace will, and can happen, one day.
