Thank You For Entrusting Me

Thank you, Lord, for entrusting me to carry this cross. Let me embrace it with a grateful heart.

We all have crosses to carry at some point in our lives. Sometimes, there is more than one cross that we must carry. May we do it with love.

When your cross gets too heavy, and you think you cannot carry it anymore, think of Jesus. Picture him in your mind’s eye carrying his cross. Beaten, bruised, and bleeding, he carried the weight of our sin through the streets. When he fell, he rose again. He did not stop because it hurt. He could have, but then where would we be? Lost. We would be lost, living in sinful states.

God’s grace and mercy bore a heavy burden on that fateful day. He loves us. If we have a cross to carry, it is because he trusts us to do it. We are strong because he makes us strong.

Take joy in your cross. It is bringing you closer to Him. Carry your cross with love, and when you can’t carry it anymore, ask Jesus to help you.

When you think you can’t, do not give up hope. Instead say this prayer:
