Find Peace In Me

God, I am restless and carry a heavy burden. Please help me.

Lay your troubles down, my child, and come, find peace in me. I can carry any burden you have. Nothing is too heavy for me. All you need to do is trust that I can lighten your load, and it will happen.

Do not be anxious or restless. Take time to reconnect with the spirit within. Peace can be found there. My light and love wash through you by way of the Holy Spirit.

It is a troubled mind that grows anxious. Hand me your troubles and concerns and leave them with me. Do not try to pick them up again. When you hand me your worries, you must trust that I will aid you. Faith is knowing that whatever the outcome, I am with you, and there is nothing you carry alone.

There is a cross for all to be carried at some point in their life, but like my Son, you each have been given strength and people to support you in your time of need.

I am with you always and have carried you at times to help you get through. You never walk alone when you hold me in your heart. Recognize this and me. Many of my children don’t even recognize my help, as it comes in many forms.

I can be found in a friend who calls just when you need someone to talk to or a stranger who smiles at you and says hello. You can find me at work, at play and in times of solitude. Sometimes, I am in the song that comes on the moment you need to hear it or the comedian who makes you laugh when you feel like crying.

I work through all my children to reach you. You also have my angels watching over you, and they can assist you as well. Do not be afraid to talk with them or ask for their assistance.

Allow yourself the gift of forgiveness. Confess the things that weigh heavy on your mind and cause your heart to wane. Forgiveness is the greatest thing of all and lifts the heaviest of burdens from your shoulders. It was given to you when my Son died.

Peace can be found for the person forgiving and the forgiven. Forgive others, and you will ease their load and yours. You release the hurtful and angry feelings and replace them with love when you forgive.

There is no burden too heavy, my child, no sin too great that I can’t carry and forgive. Lay your burdens at my feet and come find peace in me.
