Find Your Purpose

Never stop learning

We are all on an intended path, but it is up to you to find your purpose.

Everyone has a talent of some kind, meant to be shared with the world. When you use your skills in the service of others, life unfolds as it should. Work does not feel as such because there is enjoyment found when fulfilling your purpose.

It is when we use our talents that we begin to live authentically. We are in tune with ourselves and our spirit. There is no need to climb over someone to get where we are going because our path is the journey.

So, how does one find their purpose in life? For many, this is the struggle. Not knowing what you were meant to do can be frustrating because you end up trying so many different things and are not fulfilled.

The key is to pay attention to what you are good at and what brings you joy. Perhaps you are a good listener or problem solver. It may be that you are artistic or compassionate. Use the traits that come easily, and you will find a way to fulfill your purpose.

Remember too that for some, our sole purpose is to lift another. It may be one or many, and we may not know when we have even fulfilled our purpose.

Know this too, you may have more than one purpose. Just because you are called to do something now doesn’t mean you will be called to keep doing it forever.

The best advice that can be given is to find something you are good at and enjoy doing, and then figure out a way to do it in the service of others.

If you feel that you are fighting every step of the way and it is a constant struggle, you may not be working towards the right goal. It doesn’t mean things aren’t hard at times, but they shouldn’t be tough all the time.

For some though this is their calling, they are meant to bring about a shift in thinking or change laws. Their fight may be a constant uphill battle. These types of purposes are usually driven by a life-changing event but not always.

If you want a different life and believe you are meant to do something different, something more, then look inward. Find the path you are meant to walk, and you will find your purpose.
