Nobody promised us that life would be easy, there are no guarantees in life.
Every one of us has to do our part in this thing we call life. Each one, finding their own way, contributing to, and sharing their talents with, the rest of the world.
There is no guarantee that our life will be perfect. In fact it is almost a guarantee that it will not. We have to try, and when things go wrong, figure out how to fix them. This is part of our journey through life, learning and growing as we go.
We make the best possible choices that we can and hope that we are heading down the right path. If we stumble and fall, we get back up, brush ourselves off and continue on, more aware of the pitfalls along the way.
While happiness and stability are not a guarantee, we can take steps in an effort to obtain the same. By living a life filled with kindness, compassion and love we can find happiness. As we give, so shall we receive.
By working hard at an honest job we can find stability. We can always learn new trades, upgrade our skills and make new contacts in order to move ourselves up in the world. With online learning so readily available it is easy to take courses to pursue advancement on our own schedule and at our own pace.
If you are struggling, never forget that you, and you alone, are responsible for your own happiness and stability. Don’t plan on handouts and don’t sit back waiting for things to turn around. It is, and always will be up to you. Never forget there are no guarantees in life.
