Laughter lifts the spirit. It makes our burdens a little easier, it pushes our sorrows a little further into the shadows and lifts us up. We all need to laugh, and, to make others smile and laugh. This makes us lighter and fills us with joy.
Tears happen though, we all need to cry at one time or another. Crying means we have loved. If we hadn’t loved then we would not hurt. Cry when you need to, it’s okay to feel that pain, the loss and the hurt. Remember, just do not dwell in sadness forever; it becomes a lonely place to reside. When you dwell in sadness you begin to miss all the little joys that surround you; joys meant to make you laugh and smile.
We have may kinds of angels and they come in all shapes, sizes and forms. They watch over you and know what you are feeling. They help us through the tough times and unbeknownst to us they save us from unseen dangers that we don’t even know about.
So, laugh when you can, cry when you must and remember that angels watch over you always.
