While it is easy to feel insignificant in this big wide world surrounded by millions of people, one person can make a difference. If one person can make a difference, then each of us can make a difference.
Everything you do has an impact on another person. Simply by asking someone how they are doing, or visiting someone who is alone to make sure they are doing ok, can make a difference. Sometimes a simple conversation is the difference between isolation and belonging for a person.
Reach out, help others, be kind and shine your light everywhere you go. In doing this you will make a difference.
Luke 1:79
To shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.”
You Can Make A Difference was taken from the book You Were Made to Shine.
If you are looking for a way to help the people in Ukraine and have extra space, perhaps you can think about hosting a family. I am looking forward to meeting the two families I will be hosting this summer. Hosting is as easy as going to https://www.icanhelp.host/ and filling in the information. You can make a difference.
