Rise To Meet Your Destiny

Destiny does not come looking for you. You must rise to meet your destiny.

Many people in this world sit back and wait for things to happen for them. The assumption of ‘if it is meant for me, it will happen’ is only half true. You have to put in some effort into reaching your goals.

Only a tiny percentage in a world of over 7 billion people are born into their life, with riches and secure jobs handed down to them. Even then, there is no guarantee that they will be happy because not everyone has the same purpose.

Likewise, very few who have succeeded didn’t have to put much effort into achieving their goals. Most people work hard to reach their dreams and put the effort in because it is worth it. When you do the work, you are stepping into your life and being an active participant.

We are all destined to do something with our lives. Each of us has a purpose, something we can do using our God-given talents. When we use our abilities correctly, we are not only content, but we are also happy because we are living our purpose. We know our destiny, and we work towards reaching it.

If you are overwhelmed or unsure what your purpose is, break it down into smaller pieces. Consider each piece a goal or a step that you climb as you strive to reach the top…your destiny. The first step is sometimes the hardest because it is one of discovery. You must figure out your objective and then start breaking down the steps you need to climb to obtain that goal.

Set your intent firmly in your mind, and then do everything within your power to bring that vision into reality. Picture your goals clearly, and do something every day that works towards reaching that goal.

Our destiny is always within reach, especially if it is in harmony with our true purpose. Don’t stand at the bottom of the staircase staring up at your dreams. Climb that staircase. Rise to meet your destiny.
