When you are scared, lonely or hurt find refuge in me, my children.
Life can be hard at times but you can find peace within me. Even when at times you do not understand, I am here for you. I am always by your side, loving and embracing you. I will never you.
In me, you can find rest when times are troubling. Pass your worry over and I will carry it for you. Understand, however, that if you take it back I will give it to you.
I understand it is hard at times for you to stop worrying. There is a plan greater than you can see. All I ask of my children is to live honest and loving lives. When you live this way, you honour me and darkness cannot prevail.
My light is your fortress, your armour. Use it as a shield of protection. Trust in it and you will find peace. I am of the light and the light is of me. When you surround yourself with my light, you are surrounding yourself with me.
My love, children is a stronghold. When you love me and live according to the commandments I have left behind, no enemy can steal you away from me. No one can take the reward that is yours or take your place at my table. I love you.
Find shelter in me. Know that no matter how hard your life is at the moment that I am with you, loving you, my children. Nothing in this life is forever or permanent. The ultimate joy will be found when I call you home to me. Believe in that, trust in that and you will find peace, knowing that no pain is forever.
Protection, shelter, safety can all be found within my light. I am your fortress, your stronghold, your sanctuary. Do not forget this my children, and find refuge in me.
