No Limits

Strength to Endure

Do not put limits on yourself, instead live a life full of expectation and joy.

When we limit ourselves we close the door to infinite possibilities. We shut ourselves off to unknown riches, not just physical wealth but spiritual and emotional as well.

We are fully capable of achieving our goals, unfortunately we often get in our own way. We doubt ourselves, think we aren’t capable, or perhaps unworthy, of getting what we want but the reality is we have everything we need within us.

Take it one step at a time and you will find you will be able to scale mountains. Don’t look at the end goal, look at the immediate need.  Take the steps to get you moving and onto the next item on your list. Yes, we always keep the end goal in mind but if we are so focused on the top of the mountain we make missteps along the way. Why? Because we are not focused on the current part of the path that takes us there.

Many people have said they cannot meditate but the reality is they either do not really want to, or aren’t doing it right. You don’t learn to do something worthwhile in five minutes and then you are done. It takes practice and time. With practice comes experience. Every Olympian, every Yogi, every CEO didn’t start out that way, they learned, and put into practice what they learned as they went, continually learning until they reached their goals.

Something you want to do? No problems because unless you put them on yourself, there are no limits.
