Break Free From Your Chains

Let Your Light Shine

Break free from the chains that bind you, holding you back from being who you were meant to be.

You deserve to live the life that you were meant to live; to shine in all your glory. Only you can figure out what is holding you back.

Many people suffer from lack of self worth and confidence, believing that they are not deserving of happiness. Depression sets in and they resign themselves to living a less than ideal life. The truth is, everyone deserves to be happy.

When things become too much, take a break and change your focus for a while, when you return to the task at hand you will find it is a bit easier. Doing things in smaller chunks makes them more manageable and less overwhelming,

When you believe you can’t, remind yourself that you can. You may need to change how you are going about things to get what you want. This especially true if you have been doing the same thing over and over without success. Find someone who has succeeded where you have not and learn from them, odds are they made similar mistakes before they succeeded.

Surround yourself by people who believe in you and not people who are negative and tell you that you can’t succeed. Typically people who tell you that can’t are tied up in their own chains and afraid to move forward. Help them by showing you can.

If you have lost your way, dig deep and fall on your faith. Pray and know that God wants you to live the life you were meant to. Talk to Him, cry to Him but do not step away from Him.

We tie ourselves in many chains, emotional, physical (health) and at times spiritual (lack of faith) and it is up to us to make the change. Only you can break free from your chains.
