God, how can you love me so unconditionally?
Child, I love you because you are mine. You are of me, and I of you. I have loved you since before you can remember, and I will love you until the end of time. You are carved in my hand, weaved into the very fibre of the universe.
All my children deserve and receive my love unconditionally because they are mine. Look inward, child; you will feel my love if you open up your heart. Let it fill you with joy, and peace, and a knowing that only comes from loving.
Just as sure as the sun will rise, and the moon will set, so is my steadfast love for you. And yet, if the sun should forget to rise, or the moon shine, my love for you shall still flourish. In this, you can trust.
Listen with your spirit, and you will hear my voice. Search for me with your soul, and you will find me. I am present in many ways and forms throughout your life.
My love for you is everywhere. It is in your family, your friends, a stranger who smiles at you and even in the animals of this earth who bring you joy.
Still, you wonder if I love you because you have stepped out of my light and into the shadows on occasion. I know you have fallen at times, my child. Know this; everybody makes mistakes. This is what makes you human. Your purpose is to learn from your mistakes so that you can grow in wisdom, love and faith.
Leave your doubt of my love at the door, my child. Have faith in yourself and me. I do not and will not ever stop loving you. Even if you stop loving me, I will always love you. I cannot stop, will never stop, loving you – it is impossible. My love for you is so deep that this world cannot contain it.
When you ask how I can love you, it is because you feel unworthy. Reconcile your past and make peace with it. Let go of your hurts and anger. Step out of the shadows and into the light and shine as you were meant to. Shine, strong in faith, knowing you are loved by me.
When you are feeling alone, know that I am there. Talk to me, and I will hear you. Call to me, and I will respond. Have faith in me, and never forget that you are my child, and I love you.
