Replenish yourselves my children, do not let your wells run dry.
It is important that you look after yourselves children. You need to take care of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. Please do not drain yourself to the point of being completely empty or you will be unable to function. You will become exhausted and unable to do the works required of you.
Even now, when many are still shut inside, I see you are being drained. You are not taking care of yourself. I need you my children. Take care of yourselves. I need you to be able to help others. You cannot do this if you lose sight of yourself.
Eat at my table and drink from my cup and I will restore you. I know this is hard for you to do right now. Many gathering places for worship are closed, or hard to get into as space has been limited. I am still here though, offering myself to you. If you allow me to, I can still flow in and through you. In this way I can replenish you, until you can physically eat again at my table.
With my light, you can gather strength, but you must do your part. Pray, ask for my light to surround you, and flow through you, and to protect you and your loved ones. Ask and believe children, and it will be done.
Make sure you are getting the proper nourishment. You must eat healthily to maintain your fitness level. Remain in good shape so that you are able to sustain the life I need of you. In order for you to be able to help others, you must take care of yourselves physically. Even a shepherd must rest at times while tending his flock.
Keep your mind active children. Do not fill it with violence and filth. Stimulate it, expand it, exercise it. In this way you stay alert and healthy. In this way you can avoid depression and sadness.
You are my beloved children. I do not want to see you lacking. I do not want to see you run yourselves ragged and dry until you are an empty vessel. I need you my children. I love you. Please look after one another. Please don’t forget to replenish yourselves.
Thanks for exposition of divine life flow. It is the revelation of the 23rd Psalm, placed in modern idiom.
Such lovely and good advice!
