Courage and Strength

Today is anti bullying day and we wear pink to remember and to show our support against these acts.

Bullying comes in many forms; physical, mental and deprivation. It doesn’t matter what form it comes in, bullying is wrong. Nobody has the right to belittle, bully or harm another person. There are no reasons or excuses to justify it.

People who have been abused, are being abused need to draw on their courage and strength at all times in order to survive. We need to have courage and strength as well for them, to take a stand against bullying and to speak out when we see it in action.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, loved and worthwhile. Unfortunately that is not the reality for some, but it can be if we all take a stand. Stand in front, behind and beside but stand. Stand for justice honesty, love and truth.

Together we can put an end to bullying but it is up to everyone. We each have a part to play if this is to happen and when we take a stand against bullying we all need a little courage and strength.
