Everyone needs to rest. When we rest we feel better, we think more clearly and our bodies can function more efficiently.
We all get tired, and many times overtired. When we get too tired, we do not think clearly and, as a result, our emotions are heightened. Some may get depressed, others quick to anger and others sad. This is because our brains and body are not balanced and overworked.
Find a way when you feel tired to get some rest and recharge. Even a quick nap at lunch can help. It’s better to recharge when you are able to so that you don’t unload a bushel of emotions or anger on some unsuspecting person, who perhaps did nothing more then ask how your day was going,
A weary soul needs rest and fulfillment; a weary body and mind begin to break down when rest cannot be found. Be in tune with your body, mind and soul and get rest when rest is needed.
You are not alone, we all need rest.
