In Every Season

In every season
I turn with the wind
embracing the coming change

Letting my leaves fall
asleep, then awake
familiar, and yet, still strange

This is how I grow,
in wisdom and love
when willing to rearrange

I shed my troubles
along the way,
setting fears aside

This is how I grow and thrive,
embracing my life fully
with arms and heart open wide.
