I Am With You

I am with you my children. You are not alone. I know you do not always see me, or hear me, but I am there; standing right beside you with my hand on your shoulder. You are as much a part of me as I am of you. I will never leave you.

I come to you in many ways, shapes and forms, although you do not always recognize me. I come to you on the wind, in the lyrics of a song, a picture or image you might notice as you drive by. I am there, with you, guiding you, loving you always, if only you’d let me.

If you quiet your mind and your thoughts and ask with the confidence of knowing I will answer, you will find what it is you are seeking. You will know what the answer is and in which direction you are to go.

At times, I come in the form of a friend who shows up or calls at just the right time. Other times, I am the thought in your head urging you to take action and perform deeds of kindness; call a friend or loved one who is struggling. When you do that and act out of love, you yourself are me, you represent me on my behalf and I work through you.

I see many of you struggling, hurting, questioning. Don’t give up, don’t quit, for I am there. I am with you and will never leave you. If the world around you is too heavy, hand it over to me to hold for a while so you can rest.

I am here, I am ever waiting, ever listening and ever loving. I am with you and I will never leave you
